| James E. Odenkirk, a native of Mansfield, Ohio, has spent over fifty years in the education profession. A historian and Professor Emeritus from Arizona State University, he is the author of Plain Dealing. Odenkirk and his wife Benita reside in Boise, Idaho and Phoenix, Arizona.
